I hold a Bachelor of Computer Information Systems with a specialization in software design and development, and I have spent my career building software for small and medium businesses and for healthcare, including systems that handle confidential patient and personal information. That work taught me to build carefully, because the cost of getting it wrong is real.
I started Kaizen Operations to put that same standard of technology in the hands of small business owners, so they have room to grow. The tools that let a large company scale are available to a small one now, but someone has to understand the business before any of it is useful. What I do best is learning how a business actually runs, finding the places where a system would carry the load, and then building it and keeping it working.
